Join Women of UC for an empowering night of movement and shopping with Brittany Cox, Bus ’14, and Erin Roddy, DAAP ’13. Connect with other amazing women in our community and start the year strong and stylish!
The workout will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a refreshing strength class by Brittany designed to invigorate your body and spirit. Whether you’re a workout enthusiast or a beginner, the class is designed for all fitness levels.
Then enjoy exclusive shopping at MEAS Active, featuring the latest trends to elevate your workout wardrobe. Thanks to Erin, registrants will enjoy a 20% discount to use the night of the event and a $25 gift card to MEAS Active to use anytime.
Registration is $25 and includes a 45-minute workout class, light bites, and bubbles. Limited spots are available.
Parking is recommended in the 14th & Vine 3CDC Public Parking Lot across the street from MEAS Active. If the lot is full, other recommended parking includes the Mercer Garage, street parking, or surrounding surface lots.
What to Bring: Water bottle, comfortable workout attire, and a positive attitude. A workout mat will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Brittany Cox, Bus ’14, Studio Director at studio s and instructor at barre3 Mariemont, Brittany has always had a passion for health and fitness, and has been teaching group fitness since 2014.
Erin Roddy, DAAP ’13, owner of MEAS Active, encourages, empowers and celebrates women through all avenues of their health and wellness journey.
