UnCorked: BonBonerie Grape to Table

UnCorked is excited to host our May event at The BonBonerie. This "Grape to Table" dinner will journey through French varietals and their influence on regional cuisine, ending in Cincinnati by way of their French-inspired café and bakery.
After a welcome pour of Tempus III Cava Brut, guests will enjoy a three course dinner with wine pairings:
Lavender Rosé with Ratatouille
Domaine du Prieuré Bourgogne Burgundy with Re-imagined Coq au Vin
Benegas Estate Cabernet Sauvignon with Bonbonerie's Opera Cream Cake
