Dr. Dust is an Associate Professor of Management, the Kirk and Jacki Perry Professor in Leadership and also serves as Senior Director of Professional Programs and Executive Education. He is the Chief Research Officer at Cloverleaf, a SaaS platform for AI-driven personalized coaching. A prolific researcher, Scott has published over 35 peer-reviewed articles on leadership and teams in top academic journals and serves on multiple editorial boards. He consults internationally on leadership development, contributes to major publications like Fast Company and Psychology Today, and is part of the Harvard Business Publishing Education Advisory Team and Forbes Coaches Council.
