CCM Alumni Awards
Each year, CCM honors exceptional alumni who have made a meaningful impact on their professions, communities, the college and the University of Cincinnati at large. Honorees are nominated by fellow alumni and CCM faculty and staff, and selected by a committee of college representatives. Awards are presented during a virtual ceremony, with additional opportunities to celebrate and recognize honorees throughout the year.
Young Alumni Award recognizes graduates and former students who are in the early stages of their careers and are emerging as leaders in their professions, while demonstrating meaningful engagement with CCM.
Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes graduates and former students who have demonstrated sustained professional achievement and distinction in their fields, along with meaningful engagement with CCM.
Distinguished Service Award recognizes graduates and former students who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to service and philanthropy through meaningful contributions to CCM, their communities and professions.
Nominate a CCM Alumnus
Complete the form below to submit a nomination. All nominations received by Oct. 30 will be considered for the upcoming year's award cycle, and any nominations received afterward will be held over until the following year.
Nominations are kept on file and will be automatically reconsidered each year for up to three years.
