Join the Lindner College of Business and Warren Bennis Leadership Institute for a workshop on leadership mindsets with Dr. Marianne Lewis, Dean of the Lindner College of Business, and Dr. Donna Chrobot-Mason, Thornburgh Academic Director, Warren Bennis Leadership Institute.
Drawing on research from their respective books, Dr. Lewis and Dr. Chrobot-Mason will share insights on navigating tensions and boundaries in the workplace. They'll be presenting evidence showing that effective leaders must shift their mindset to view conflict and differences not as sources of frustration but as opportunities for innovation. Attendees will also gain practical strategies for developing this mindset through hands-on experiential activities.
Registration is $20 and includes two drink tickets and light appetizers. Advance registration is requested by Monday, Nov. 4.
