UC Alumni Mural at BLINK

The UC Alumni Association was proud to be a part of the nation's largest public light and art event, BLINK, during 2024 Homecoming Weekend, shining a light on alumni excellence. The mural painted on the side of the building at 1430 Vine Street featured dynamic projection lighting.

With more than 300 street murals in the city — 55 in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood alone — Cincinnati has earned the No. 1 spot on USA Today’s 2024 list of cities for best street art, giving this group of distinguished honorees a prominent place on the world’s public art stage.

The University of Cincinnati Alumni Association annually celebrates alumni excellence by bestowing its top awards on a select group of Bearcats, for all they do to serve their university, their communities and their fields of endeavor. Honorees are depicted through the UC Alumni Mural, unveiled each spring during Alumni Week and now featured during BLINK as a part of UC Homecoming.
