Join UnCorked: UC Alumni Wine Club for a ‘Get Cultured’ Wine + Cheese pairing class at Oakley Wines. Cheese and wine are always fun, but certain combinations will bring out new flavors in both that will make your taste buds sing. The class will be led by Oakley Wines owner and Certified Cheese Professional Stephanie Webster.
Guests will receive a tasting booklet for note-taking during the experience, which includes five cheeses (tasting portions) + five 2-ounce wines, house-made and locally sources accoutrements, and light dinner-by-the-bite.
A popular wine bar and bottle shop located in Cincinnati's Oakley neighborhood, Oakley Wines specializes in organically grown (and beyond), low intervention wines from small producers. Their philosophy is delightfully simple: Drink good wine with good friends and good food.
