As our world becomes increasingly fast-paced and complex, we face ever-competing demands and expectations. We’re dealing with pressure to balance the local with the global, and to be more flexible as we plan our lives and our work. It can be intimidating – but one of UC’s top leaders is coming to town to share some solutions!
Lindner College of Business Dean Marianne Lewis is embarking on a nationwide tour and heading to Chicago, where she’ll talk about this challenging aspect of life. It’s part of the UC Alumni Association’s new offering called BEARCATS/Lead, a series of thoughtful, interdisciplinary conversations with UC alumni and campus subject matter experts. BEARCATS/Lead will cover leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship and much more – and all alumni are invited to participate.
Each attendee will leave with a copy of Dean Lewis’s new book, Both/And Thinking: Embracing Creative Tensions to Solve Your Toughest Problems.
Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be provided; please note this event is 21+.This event is complimentary; advanced registration is requested by Oct. 21. Information about dress code and other relevant event details will be sent to registrants ahead of the event.
Special thanks to our hosts, Bob, Bus '73, and Rose Fealy. Bob is the Founding Managing Director of Limerick Investments LLC and Past Chairman of the UC Foundation.
